[Group]Leaders of Xinjiang Energy, China-Mongolia Energy and Sinosteel Visited Sam Group and Discussed the Plan and Future of China-Mongolia Energy Industrial Park

On August 4, 2022, Lihui Chen, vice chief economist of Xinjiang Energy (Group) Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Xinjiang Energy") and chairman of China-Mongolia Energy Investment Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China-Mongolia Energy"), and Tuo Ji, chairman of Sinosteel Xinjiang Limited, and their delegation visited China Sam Enterprise Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Sam Group”) for cooperation in terms of the preparation and development of the China-Mongolia Energy Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as "the Project"). The chairman of Sam Group gave a warm reception at the headquarters in Beijing. All parties had friendly talks on the construction plan and cooperation outlook of the Project.



At the meeting, the chairman of Sam Group firstly welcomed chairman Chen and his delegation, and briefly introduced the profile and business layout of Sam Group. Afterwards, chairman Chen thanked for the warm reception, and gave an introduction about the planning of the China-Mongolia Energy Industrial Park led by Xinjiang Energy. He said that the project relies on the strategic deployment of "one port, two zones, five centers and port economic zone" of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region. It would facilitate to realize the functional positioning of "one base, three centers and four industries", meet the demand and supply of the countries along the route, and actively integrate into the new pattern of "double cycle" development, and finally create a competitive industrial system.



After listening to chairman Chen's introduction, chairman of Sam Group introduced the development and superior resources in energy sector. He said that the construction and development of the project had important significance to the implementation of the national policy of industrial development and stability of Xinjiang. Sam Group had full information of the political structure, mineral resources and port policies of Mongolia, and was willing to actively play its role in helping the construction and development of China-Mongolia Energy Industrial Park.


The meeting laid a solid foundation for all parties to cooperate in terms of the project in the future, and opened up a huge space for Sam Group to link up the resources its energy trading business sector and improve the layout of the energy industry.
