On April 15, 2021, Chen Jizhong, the Party Secretary of Fengcheng town which located in Shanghai, visited the headquarters of China Sam Enterprise Group (hereinafter referred to as “Sam Group”) accompanied by Mr. Shi Qingrong, the CEO of Sam Investment Group and Zhongxing Tianheng Energy Technology (Beijing) Co.,Ltd., Mr. Chen Ruinian, the vice general manager of Zhongxing Tianheng Energy Technology (Beijing) Co.,Ltd., and Ms.Liu Junlai, the chairman assistant of Sam Group. The chairman of Sam Group gave a warm reception to Secretary Chen.

At the meeting, Secretary Chen first made a brief introduction on the  business environment, market operational system and the regional  planning of the district. Afterwards, the chairman of Sam Group introduced the industrial layout, projects development and prospect planning of the Group. The two sides have had in-depth communication on the major trade and investment area and hoped to strengthen practical cooperation supported by the local policy in the future to boost the sustained vitality of the regional economy.

Fengxian District of Shanghai is located in the center of port-surrounding area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, which has significant position advantages. In recent years, the local government has continued to make efforts on attracting business and  investment by constantly optimizing the business environment, and striving to build a state-level science and technology innovation vitality district.
